The "Quick System-UV" is a painting system centered around the rotating painting robot "Swan Pro," with various booth-style process items such as dust removal, static elimination, drying, and UV irradiation arranged around it. In a typical painting line, processes like dust removal, painting, and drying are connected by chain conveyors. As a result, the system itself becomes large, leading to increased installation space and significant energy costs. In the "Quick System-UV," the transport device "W Turn" equipped with the painting robot "Swan Pro" has been redesigned for continuous transport. This allows for the construction of a conveyor-less painting line, achieving space savings.
